X-‐Bracing
The X-‐brace is designed to provide lateral stability and is required on every free-‐ standing unit and on every other unit of shelving in a run. Braces are made from two 18-‐gauge, ¾ inch galvanized steel strips. The ends are predrilled and attached to mating holes in the rear of the uprights using the hex head screws (supplied). Units 10 feet and above require two x-‐braces.
